Download on the App StoreWho it is for
Signing a PDF should take two minutes, and instead it usually means uploading a contract to a website you have never heard of, or starting a monthly plan to export one document. Sign Any PDF does the whole job on the device, and you buy it once.
What it does
- Everything on device. Documents are never uploaded. The whole flow — open, fill, sign, export — happens on your iPhone or iPad.
- Fill the whole form free. Open any PDF and complete it before deciding to buy. Exporting the finished file is what Pro unlocks — the free tier is never watermarked.
- Signature and initials. Draw your signature once, then place it and your initials exactly where they go, on any page.
- Everything a form needs. Typed text, dates, checkmarks and crosses, anywhere on any page.
- Scan paper to PDF. Photograph a paper form and get a clean PDF, with edges and shadows handled.
- Autofill and page tools. Save your name, address and phone and tap them into any form. Reorder, rotate and delete pages, or pull pages in from another PDF.
- Lock what you entered. Flatten the filled fields so the recipient cannot change your answers, and password-protect the file.
Common questions
- Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
- No. Filling, signing and exporting all happen on your device. The app has no account and no document upload.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Pro is a single payment with nothing to renew.
- Is the free version watermarked?
- No. The free tier never watermarks anything — you can open and fill any PDF completely. Exporting and sharing the finished file is what Pro unlocks.
- Can I sign a form that is not a fillable PDF?
- Yes. You place text, dates, checkmarks and your signature anywhere on the page, so scanned and flat PDFs work the same as fillable ones.
- Is an electronic signature like this legally valid?
- In many countries an electronic signature is legally recognised for most everyday agreements, but the rules vary by country and by document type. For anything consequential, check what your jurisdiction requires.
