Let’s make something happen.
A product idea, a workflow that could be smarter, or a technical question you need a second perspective on. Tell me what you have in mind. I read every message and reply personally.
No sales team, no discovery-call script. You are talking to the person who would build it.
Other ways to reach me
What I can help with
- Agentic automation — Your team spends hours a week on work a system should be doing.
- Guardrails and audit — You want AI in the business but cannot defend it to a client, an auditor, or yourself.
- AI product development — You need the product itself shipped, not a proof of concept.
- AI systems review — You already have AI in production and are not sure what it is doing.
- Custom AI chatbot development — Your customers need answers your team keeps repeating.
- RAG development and AI document search — Your company knows the answer. Finding it takes too long.
- LLM API integration for existing products — You have an application. Now you need AI that fits it.
- Freelance iOS and SwiftUI app development — You need someone who can take an iPhone app all the way to release.
- Freelance Next.js and React development — Your web product needs more than a landing page.
- Creative WebGL and Three.js development — Your website should be remembered after the tab closes.
- AI prototype rescue and production hardening — Your AI-built app works in the demo. You need it to work for customers.
Send a message
Tell me a little about your idea and where I can reach you.
Before you write
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Usually within one working day, by email, from me. If you have not heard anything after two days, the relay dropped it — email mack@mackgrissom.io directly.
- What should I include in the message?
- The work you want a system to take over or the AI system you are unsure about, in a few sentences, and roughly when you would want to start. You do not need to know what should be built; working that out is the first thing we do together.
- Where are you based, and does the time zone work?
- I work remotely from Thailand (UTC+7). That overlaps European mornings and North American evenings for live calls, and the systems I build run unattended, so most of the collaboration happens asynchronously anyway.
- Do you work with businesses outside the tech industry?
- Yes. The work is usually most valuable where a team is doing repetitive information work by hand, and that is true in almost every industry. I write and speak for decision-makers, not just engineers.
- Is the first call free?
- Yes. It is fifteen minutes, on Calendly, and you leave with an honest read on whether what you have in mind is worth building — including when the answer is that a simpler tool would do.
