Pricing
Manual process → working software.
I don’t sell AI consulting. I build the thing: an automation or internal tool that takes repetitive work off your team. AI makes me faster, so the prices are published, fixed before we start, and lower than the hours the old way would have cost you.

AI Workflow Audit
$299
Delivered within 5 working days
I find 3 to 5 places your business can automate with AI and give you a plan to implement them.
- A 45-minute call walking through how the work actually gets done
- 3–5 automation opportunities, ranked by hours saved against cost to build
- An implementation plan for each: tools, rough cost, what could go wrong
- A clear note on anything that is not worth automating
- The plan is yours: hand it to me, another developer or your own team
Best for: You suspect a lot of your team's week is automatable but don't know where to start.

AI Automation Sprint
$1,500 – $3,000
7 days from kickoff
I automate one expensive, repetitive workflow in 7 days.
- One workflow, from manual process to working software
- Integration with the tools you already use (email, sheets, CRM, forms)
- Human approval on anything irreversible, such as sending or paying
- A log of what it did, and an alert when it fails
- A short handover video and written runbook
Where it lands in the range depends on how many systems it touches and whether those systems have usable APIs. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Best for: One job your team repeats every day or week: intake, follow-ups, reports, data entry.

Internal AI Tool
$3,000 – $8,000
Typically 2–5 weeks
A custom tool your team uses every day: a dashboard, chatbot, document processor, CRM assistant, quoting system or reporting agent.
- A scoped web app your team logs into, built on your data
- AI where it earns its place, with cost limits on every model call
- User accounts and access control
- Deployment to your hosting or mine, plus 30 days of fixes after launch
- Source code and documentation, owned by you
Price scales with the number of screens, data sources and user roles. After a short scoping call you get a fixed quote and a milestone schedule.
Best for: A process that deserves its own software, not another spreadsheet.

AI Maintenance
$300 – $1,000 / month
Month to month, cancel anytime
I keep what we built running, monitored and improving.
- Monitoring and fixes when an API, model or integration changes
- Model and prompt updates as better options ship
- Small improvements each month
- A monthly note: what ran, what it cost, what broke and what I fixed
Set by how many automations are covered and how fast you need a response.
Best for: Anything from a Sprint or Internal Tool that your business now depends on.

How to tell if it pays for itself
Take the hours your team spends on the task each week and multiply by what those hours cost. Five hours a week at $30 an hour is about $7,800 a year. A $2,000 automation that removes most of that pays for itself in a few months. If the numbers don’t work, the audit will say so, and you’ll have spent $299 to find out rather than $3,000.
Questions about pricing
- Why are these prices lower than a typical agency quote?
- I build with AI tools, so the same result takes far fewer hours than it did a few years ago. You pay for the outcome, not for the hours the old way would have taken. I still review and test everything, and I stay responsible for it.
- What is not included in the price?
- Third-party costs are billed to you directly at cost: AI model usage, hosting and any paid software the tool depends on. I tell you the expected monthly figure before we build, and every tool has a spending cap.
- What if my project doesn't fit one of these packages?
- Tell me about it anyway. Most projects fit one of these once it is narrowed to the part that matters. If it doesn't, I'll quote it separately, or tell you if it isn't something I should build.
- Do I have to start with the audit?
- No. If you already know which workflow you want automated, go straight to a Sprint. The audit is for when you know there is waste but not where it is.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, once the project is paid. You get the source code, documentation and access to everything it runs on.
