What this site is
A portfolio for independent AI product engineering work, plus written material about how that work is done. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.
The content is information, not advice
Articles, capability pages, and case notes describe approaches that worked in specific situations. They are not engineering, legal, security, or financial advice for your situation, and no professional relationship is created by reading them. Technical claims reflect what was true when written; software changes underneath them. Verify before you depend on anything here.
No engagement without an agreement
Sending an enquiry, getting a reply, or discussing scope does not create a contract or commit either side to anything. Work begins only under a written agreement covering scope, fees, timeline, confidentiality, and ownership.
The AI Operations Lab
The lab is a demonstration. It runs language models, which produce incorrect output sometimes, and it is offered as-is with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on its output for a real decision, and do not paste credentials, payment details, health records, or other sensitive personal data into it. If you run it in live mode with your own API key, charges on your provider account are yours. How the lab handles data.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its APIs; do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others; and do not use the enquiry form for unsolicited marketing. Submission rate limits are in place and may be enforced without notice.
Ownership
The writing, design, code, and imagery on this site are owned by Mack Grissom unless credited otherwise. Quote a passage with attribution and a link; do not republish a page wholesale, and do not use the content to represent it as your own work. Client projects shown here remain the property of those clients, and confidential work stays behind NDA.

Links to App Store listings, repositories, and other sites are provided for reference. Those destinations are not controlled here and their content is not endorsed.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the lab. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use after an update means accepting the revised terms.
