Do I need to know any philosophy already?

No. Every passage comes with plain-English context, and you can ask a follow-up question whenever something does not land.

Is it only Stoicism?

Stoicism is the centre of gravity, but the library and the thinkers span existentialism, ancient Greek philosophy, Eastern traditions and modern thought.

Does thinkr track me?
