- The project you want to build or improve, the outcome you need, and your approximate budget and timeline. We can clarify the technical details if the project looks like a fit.
- Where are you based, and does the time zone work?
- I work remotely from Thailand (UTC+7). We can agree on practical meeting times and use written updates between calls.
- Do you work with businesses outside the tech industry?
- Yes. The work is usually most valuable where a team is doing repetitive information work by hand, and that is true in almost every industry. I write and speak for decision-makers, not just engineers.
- What does a project cost?
- Prices are published on the pricing page: a $299 AI Workflow Audit, a 7-day AI Automation Sprint for $1,500–$3,000, an Internal AI Tool for $3,000–$8,000, and maintenance from $300 a month. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
- Is the first call free?
- Yes. It is fifteen minutes, on Calendly, and you leave with an honest read on whether what you have in mind is worth building — including when the answer is that a simpler tool would do.
