Privacy policy.
Effective September 29, 2026. Applies to Snowboard Sessions for iPhone and iPad.
In one paragraph
Your progress, credits, gear and best runs are saved on your device. You do not create a developer account and the game uses no developer-operated gameplay server. Online matches and leaderboards use Apple Game Center, purchases go through Apple, and players without the Full Mountain Pass or an active Pro subscription may see ads served by Google AdMob.
Stored on your device
Scores, credits, owned and equipped gear, stars, Trick Book progress, daily missions, ghost replays of your best runs and your settings. Deleting the app removes local saves; an enabled device backup may retain a copy. Purchased consumable credits and local progress do not sync between devices.
Apple Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores, gate-session times and Weekly Showdown results are submitted to Apple leaderboards under your Game Center nickname, where other players can see them. Apple's privacy policy governs Game Center.
When you choose a live race or trick battle, Game Center arranges a peer match. Your Game Center player identifier and nickname, equipped rider and gear, position, movement, trick events and match results are shared with the other participants to run and display the match. Completed race times and qualified battle ratings can be submitted to global Game Center leaderboards. Match data is processed during play; the game stores your best results locally. We do not operate a server that archives matches. Leaving or backgrounding the game ends your participation. Solo play does not require joining a match.
Manage your Game Center profile, friends and permissions in iOS Settings. Apple handles Game Center account data under its privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple processes the Full Mountain Pass, the Starter Pack, credit packs and the Sessions Pro subscription. We never see your payment details. The game asks the App Store which purchases you own so it can unlock them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Players who have not bought the Pass or Pro may see ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may process your IP address, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics, and your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message asks for your choices before any personalised ads are shown. Declining tracking or consent never limits the game. Buying the Pass or subscribing to Pro stops ad requests entirely. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
You can change your tracking choice at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, use Privacy Choices in the game settings to revisit advertising consent.
What we do not do
No developer analytics, no location access, no contacts, camera or microphone, no data sold or shared with brokers.
Map data
Mountain terrain comes from the Copernicus DEM GLO-30 (© DLR e.V. 2010-2014 and © Airbus Defence and Space GmbH 2014-2018, provided under COPERNICUS by the European Union and ESA). It ships inside the app.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
